About the center

We find the root of your complaint

In Azerbaijan, the late diagnosis of parasitic and infectious diseases is one of the most serious health problems. Our mission is to change this approach: first make an accurate diagnosis for each patient, then apply etiological — that is, cause-focused — treatment.

  • Etiological diagnosis — the cause is investigated first
  • Cause-focused treatment, followed by natural recovery
  • An individual approach based on age and weight

How we work

Care based on three principles

01

Etiological diagnosis

For every patient, the pathogen and mechanism of the disease are first investigated with comprehensive laboratory tests.

02

Cause-focused treatment

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, targeted treatment is prescribed against the pathogen — we treat the cause, not just with vitamins.

03

Individual approach

Age, weight, comorbidities and allergy history are taken into account. Children are seen without fear.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The most common signs are: long-lasting weakness, abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite, unexplained weight problems, skin rashes, itching, nighttime itching in the anal area (especially in children), teeth grinding, drooling, sleep disturbances and allergic reactions. But these symptoms alone are not enough for a diagnosis — laboratory tests (stool analysis, perianal tape test, blood serological tests, complete blood count) are required for an accurate diagnosis.

Nighttime itching in the anal area is the most classic sign of enterobiasis, but it is not correct to diagnose based on this symptom alone. To confirm, the perianal tape test is repeated 3 times. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, treatment must cover all family members; bedding should be washed in hot water.

Not every test requires fasting. Fasting in the morning: iron test, lipid panel, glucose panel. At any time of day: complete blood count, blood type, most hormone tests, kidney tests, coagulation tests. Call our clinic for a specific test.

No. When the cause has not been investigated and found, vitamins have no effect. With proper diagnosis and treatment, age-appropriate weight gain and the correction of metabolism happen even without vitamins. Vitamins are used only as a supplement when necessary.

It is given to both newborns and adults. For full protective immunity, a three-dose schedule at 0, 1 and 6 months is applied. Hepatitis B vaccination is performed at our clinic.

In children, especially up to age 3-5, frequent illness is somewhat normal because the immune system is not fully formed. The biggest mistake is sending the child back to kindergarten before full recovery. If frequent illness continues, consult a specialist to clarify the cause.
